Mark Feijo

 

Producer/Director

With over three decades of expertise spanning feature films, television, visual effects, and multimedia, Mark is a seasoned professional renowned for his diverse roles in producing, writing, editing, and cinematography. His contributions have earned him multiple prestigious accolades, including Emmy Awards and Promax honors.

Mark has been a driving force in both distribution and production, with a portfolio of feature-length documentaries. Notable works include the Academy Award-nominated "Speaking in Strings," "B-17 Flying Legend" for the Discovery Channel, and a host of other projects such as "Keepers of the Frame," "Rewind America," and "Shadow Nation," among many others.

His most recent endeavor pushes the boundaries of storytelling, merging traditional documentary narratives with the immersive world of video games. Mark's innovative approach continues to shape the future of visual storytelling, captivating audiences in

entirely new ways.

Rais Bhuiyan

 

Executive Producer

After graduating from Sylhet Cadet College, a military School in Bangladesh, he joined the Bangladesh Air Force and was commissioned as a pilot officer following two and a half years of vigorous training. He received a BS in Aeronautics from the National University in Dhaka and completed numerous information technology courses in New York and Dallas where he continued his education, taking courses in computer system engineering programming, and database administration. In 2001, he was shot in the face by Mark Stroman, a white supremacist seeking vengeance for the 9/11 tragedy.

Bhuiyan responded to this by forgiving his attacker and attempting unsuccessfully to prevent his execution. He is now a peace activist, touring the globe giving presentations about the regenerative power of forgiveness.

Jessica Carso Bhuiyan

 

Executive Producer

A devoted social change agent, Jessica Carso Bhuiyan has nearly twenty years of experience in the non-profit and social impact sector. As an executive leader, facilitator, consultant and coach, Bhuiyan utilizes her expertise and experiences to help make a positive difference in the world.

Serving as Executive Director of World Without Hate, Jessica is dedicated to helping end the cycle of hate and violence through empathy education and storytelling. We have far more in common with one another than differences and through compassion, empathy, forgiveness, understanding and acceptance, we can build bridges. 

Having worked with various arts and culture, humanities, social justice, higher-Ed, and social service organizations throughout her career, Jessica also offers a variety of consulting, training, and coaching services to non-profit and impact driven organizations and professionals within the Pacific Northwest and throughout the country.

Thomas McGurk

 

Music

Thomas is an owner, composer, and music director at Bad Animals, a prominent recording studio and audio postproduction company in Seattle, Washington.

He has composed scores and music themes for National Geographic Channel, Discovery, and PBS documentaries and docuseries. He is a seven-time national Emmy award recipient for sound designing and mixing Disney presents: Bill Nye the Science Guy.

He has worked with a diverse roster of artists and clients ranging from Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and Soundgarden to the Seattle Symphony, and his client list includes Starbucks, Disney, GE, Microsoft, Nintendo, Atari, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation among many others.

 

Thomas believes he is the luckiest person in the world because he makes a living doing the very thing he loves – creating music.

Laura Grody

 

Editor/Writer

As a film editor, author and screenwriter, Laura Grody has worn many hats in her professional life. Having shuttled between Atlanta and Los Angeles growing up, her love of movies led her to a career in film editing in LA, where she worked on such films as Love Potion No. 9Kalifornia and When a Man Loves a Woman as an assistant editor, and as an editor on the award-winning independent feature Just Write.  IMDB Credits
